This project was an addition to an existing home, converting from a 3BR/2BA, into a 5BR/4BA. The work required helical pile installation around the perimeter of the existing foundation, demolition and second floor framing. A master bedroom and bathroom were added including new custom oak stairs, oak flooring, oversized exterior sliding doors, a new second floor balcony overlooking the bay, and a new rear deck.
