This project required demolition of the existing façade and roofing framing to make space for new structural steel, metal bar joists, and engineered 16 gauge metal framing, sheathing, siding, and both asphalt shingled and flat roofing systems. The work also included reinforcement of the existing foundation, masonry repair and new architectural brick piers.
